Every venue hire fee covers the space, furniture, and a dedicated in-house team to run your event end-to-end.

Everything event planners ask

What's the maximum capacity?
Up to 400 standing, 250 seated dining, or 200 theatre-style with full venue hire. Smaller bookings start at 10 guests in our meeting and workshop spaces.
What's the minimum spend?
We offer two pricing routes depending on the event. Venue hire for events and conferences starts at €2,975 (any day, up to 100 guests) — food and beverages are quoted separately on top. For a private conference room, we offer an all-in package from €995 (Mon–Fri) with breakfast and lunch included in the headline rate.
Can you arrange catering?
Yes — full in-house catering. Packages range from €15pp coffee break to €50pp dining experience (BBQ, paella). Drinks packages from €20pp. All bespoke to your event.
Is there an alcohol licence?
Yes — we operate under a restaurant licence. Ticketed public events must bundle F&B with the ticket (e.g. a drink or a meal included).
Is parking on-site?
Yes — free public parking on site. We're 10 minutes from Ibiza Town airport.
Until what time can we play music?
Music times are managed within local Santa Eulària des Riu noise regulations. Outdoor amplified music is permitted within standard time-bands — please discuss specific timings with our events team.
